Email Communications and Spam Act Compliance
We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) in all email activity. Every commercial message identifies the sender, includes our contact details, and provides a functional way to opt out. How consent and unsubscribe work depends on the type of message:
- Our marketing communications (newsletters and updates about Offsheet): sent only with your express or inferred consent, with a clear unsubscribe link in every message, and opt-out requests actioned promptly.
- Our own cold outbound (prospecting for Offsheet): sent to business recipients in reliance on express or inferred consent as permitted under the Spam Act. These messages clearly identify the sender, include our contact information and a functional unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism, and we honour opt-out requests without delay.
- Client campaign execution (outbound on behalf of clients): handled the same way as our own cold outbound — sender clearly identified, contact information and a functional opt-out mechanism in every message, and opt-out requests honoured without delay.
SMS Messaging
We may send text messages to follow up on business conversations and schedule calls. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; we will confirm your unsubscribe and stop sending. Reply HELP for assistance or email inquiries@offsheet.com. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (required for the site to function) and analytics cookies (to understand how visitors use the site). You can manage cookie preferences in your browser, though some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
Third-Party Services and Links
We rely on third-party services for scheduling, sending, enrichment, and hosting; each has its own privacy policy. Our website may link to third-party sites for which we are not responsible.
